Cancellation Policy
At LIV Beauty, your appointments are very important to us and are reserved exclusively for you. we understand that life happens and schedules change; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: Any appointment cancelled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a non-refundable fee of 30% of the total service cost.
By booking, you authorize LIV Beauty to charge this fee to the credit card provided at the time of scheduling.
